HOW DO I BOOK

At Silver Needles II we pride ourselves on a high standard of hygiene. We are a custom built studio, health registered with Southend Borough Council to carry out tattoos. We generally do not tattoo hands, necks or faces but all tattoos are carried out at the discretion of the artist.

It is strongly advised that you think carefully before getting a tattoo -- it is for life!

PLEASE NOTE THE LEGAL MINIMUM AGE TO BE TATTOOED IS 18. IF YOU APPEAR TO BE UNDER THIS AGE THEN A PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED. IT IS ILLEGAL TO OBTAIN SERVICES BY DECEPTION USING A FALSE ID.

Each tattoo is carried out in a clean, hygienic area and is cleaned before, during and after the procedure and new sterile needles are used every time. When complete, we will dress your tattoo and advise you of aftercare. Once you have left the studio it is your responsibility to follow these instructions and care for your tattoo.

If you are in any doubt about the suitability of any tattoo due to medical reasons it is advised that you consult your doctor before proceeding.

I have requested this tattoo of my own free will. I understand the process and what it entails. I will not hold Silver Needles II responsible for any damage that may result directly or indirectly from this tattoo. I agree to follow the aftercare procedures to care for my tattoo. I confirm that I have not had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste or smell, dry cough, runny nose or sore throat.

I confirm, to the best of my knowledge, I have not been in close contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19, anyone displaying symptoms or any person in quarantine.
