SILVER NEEDLES

At Silver Needles we are currently operating a PRIVATE STUDIO, this will be by appointment only and means for the time being, there will be no walk ins, no face to face consultations or enquiries and no guests.

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back into our newly refurbished studio. 

It’s been a strange old time but we hope you’ve all managed to take away some positives from the experience. 

We know you’ve missed getting tattooed just as much as we’ve missed tattooing you! 

 

We’ve been working hard to ensure that you’ll be welcomed back into an environment that prioritises the health of our clients and artists whilst still keeping the experience friendly and enjoyable.

To adhere to government guidelines and to provide the best care, we have outlined the following protocol. 

 

Please read the requirements carefully as failing to follow the new procedures may result in forfeiting deposits. 

 

 

If you have any symptoms of Covid in the two weeks leading up to your appointment, please reschedule.

As you can appreciate four months is a long time to be unable to work at what you love, it would be heartbreaking to have to send the entire studio home and cancel long awaited appointments for two weeks on account of someone being dishonest and irresponsible.

 

Please turn up to your appointment promptly wearing a face mask. 

To avoid unnecessary traffic in the entrance, we will be staggering appointment times.  Please turn up ON TIME and not too early, we are trying to avoid having too many people in the waiting area.

Masks will be required for the duration of your time in the studio. If you don’t have a mask, they will be available to buy from us.

 

We will take your temperature on arrival with a non-contact thermometer.

If you present with a raised temperature, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Artist temperatures will also be monitored daily. 

 

Please turn up to your appointment alone.

In order to limit numbers we will be unable to accommodate guests at this time. 

 

Upon arrival you will be required to sanitise your hands and phone 

We have a UV sterilisation box with a five minute cycle time to sterilise phones and small valuables and contactless sanitiser to use throughout the day. Please also keep belongings to a minimum.

 

Bring a refillable water bottle with you

You will be able to refill this throughout the day. For longer sessions, please bring food which must be consumed outside (we have a sheltered seating area in the courtyard for food breaks)

 

Dress accordingly 

In order to ventilate the tattoo area, doors and windows may be kept open so please dress appropriately for the weather.

We also have a HEPA air purifier at Silver Needles as an extra measure. 

 

Cash Accepted 

Cash is preferred on the day to pay the remainder of your tattoo, however, you can organise transfer through PayPal with your artist if you would prefer

 

Rest assured the studio will be thoroughly cleaned regularly with all equipment being sanitised, sterilised or single use.

For the foreseeable future the studio will remain appointment only with all enquires being dealt with via email/facebook/phone.
